Click the chat bubble and send a message, for example "Where is my redemption?"
Pick "Maya (logged in)" above to chat as a logged-in player. The inbox then shows her balances, games, transactions and redemptions, and lets you approve her pending redemptions.
Open the inbox in another tab. The conversation appears there with this page's address.
Reply from the inbox. The reply shows up in the chat window within a few seconds.
Reload this page and open the chat again. Your earlier messages are still there.
